Proof of Residential Address MUST be attached to the Prefix Application when sending the application alone (not with a Membership form).
To apply for a Breeders Prefix, you are required to hold a current General Membership (not including Community Membership) and a Dogs Australia Registered Pedigree Dog (which should be in the same name/s as the Prefix application - you may need to transfer the dog if this is not the case). Information on how to become a member can be found here. You can lodge the Prefix Application and Breeder Exam Questionnaire with the Membership Application, there is no wait period.
